Plan for next cupcake attempt

Ah! I have been meaning to check through my email and see if I had given you that recipe or not.

That doming article is interesting. "more rounded top but a less tender cake"... I wonder how much less tender. Not so much that the questioner noticed, I guess.

Yeah, you sent it to me a while ago and for some reason, I totally forgot I had it and haven't tried it yet!! What is wrong with me? :)

I am hoping to make it dome with a temperature gradient as described by Rosie in other pages too and compare it with the results of using less baking powder.

The results:

- Doming = Awesome!
- Frosting = Pretty good! Extra points for super-easy.
- Cupcake taste = Less chocolaty than I had hoped for, but will need to vary the chocolate to see if that was what caused that problem.
- Cupcake texture = Awful due to temperature and time changes I made to make it dome. I think I can make them dome while still having a great texture. Next time!
