Essential Flax Seed Bread

This is the bread I have stocked up at work to make my turkey sandwiches with. Check out the crazy ingredient list:

Sprouted Organic Whole Wheat Berries, Filtered Water, Wheat Gluten, Sprouted Organic Whole Flax Seeds, Soy Fiber, Organic Dates, Fresh Yeast, Organic Raisins, Soy Based Lecithin, Sea Salt, Cultured Wheat.

The nutritional info is pretty insane too. Note that the info is for 2 slices of bread per serving.

Nice! That's fantastic. Is it tasty?

My fav's (when I bought my food) were: Oroweat Whole Wheat Light Bread (2 slices = 80 cal, .5g fat, 7g fiber, 4g protein) and the TJ's whole wheat breads which had maybe 5 ingredients each.

At work they give us Oroweat Whole Wheat (not the "light" kind) and two slices of that with tomatoe and cucumber slices (stolen from the bagel area) plus fruit is my breakfast most mornings.
